Netvio have started shipping one of the first AVoIP systems based on the latest Dante AV-A technology. Encoders and decoders are based on the existing, proven JP4-60 platform which distributes visually lossless HDMI video over 1Gbps networks at resolutions up to 4Kp60 4:4:4.
Building on the successful Netvio JP4-60 AVoIP platform, the JP4-60-DNT adds Dante AV-A compatibility.
Dante AV-A delivers high-quality, visually lossless video at resolutions up to 4Kp60 4:4:4. Compatability with Dante-enabled audio products simplifying distributed AV system design. With its ultra-low video latency, Dante AV-A provides a natural and immersive in-room video distribution experience. Additionally, it supports HDCP 2.x, for secure content distribution over the network.
Dante AV-A means that routing of video, audio, IR and RS-232 to and from the JP4-60-DNT endpoints is handled using the familiar Dante Controller software. Seamless interoperability with 3rd party Dante AV products allows you to easily build a video ecosystem to meet your clients’ requiremets. Compatibility with Dante Domain Manager (DDM) allows deployment of Netvio AV-over-IP systems in large facilities and across multiple subnets whilst Dante Director compatibility allows remote control and monitoring of deployed systems over the Internet.
JP4-60-DNT endpoints can also be deployed in Netvio mode alongside regular JP4-60 where routing and configuration is configured using Netvio360 software via the IP-JP4-CL-10 controller. The JP4-60-DNT devices in this mode provide a simple way to integrate your AV-over-IP system with a Dante audio network.
By using Netvio’s own range of PoE network switches, deployment is super simple with ‘one touch’ setup eliminating all of the effort and complexity of switch configuration.
